I grew up in Cold Spring Harbor and also graduated from Cold Spring Harbor High School. As a teenager, I was an active boater and I explored every harbor and inlet from Hell Gate, NYC, to the Connecticut River, in Essex.

My BS degree is in Business Administration with a major in both Marketing & Management. I graduated with a GPA of 3.85 at Long Island University, at the C.W. Post Center in Brookville, NY.

My Real Estate career began after college and two years later I opened my own Real Estate firm, Lloyd Harbor Realty, which I owned for 30 years. Lloyd Harbor Realty specialized in residential as well as commercial real estate. In addition to running a real estate office, I also ran a successful recruiting company, People Source, Inc, specializing in IT job placements.

In the past few years, there have been huge changes in technology. Due to these changes and my desire to always work in the best interest of both my home buyers and home sellers, I made the decision to join a company which is on the cutting edge of technology.
