Richard is a lifetime resident of Long Island, growing up in Nassau County and spending summers in Southold on the north fork of Long Island, he prides himself in knowing Long Island intimately. An early riser he meets each day with the same enthusiasm that created a successful real estate career over 25 years ago. During his tenure, Richard has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in both the residential and commercial market. Richard's skill as an expert short-sale negotiator enabled him to help his clients through difficult financial times and to find the best possible solution. As a long-standing member of the Long Island Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, Richard embraces the Realtor Code of ethics and conducts his business with the skill and integrity you would expect from a real estate professional. Richard is an avid outdoorsman and spent many years teaching young adults as a Boy Scout leader. Throughout the year you will find him spending most of his downtime outdoors; rock climbing, water & snow skiing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, and fishing. His favorite pastime is hiking to out-of-the-way locations with both his son and daughter. Richard has been trained and inspired by some of the best in the industry, Dale Carnegie, Brian Tracy, Tom Hopkins, Og Mandino, Napoleon Hill, and others. He is continually searching for new ways to improve his skills and help his clients. Communication is a key component of his success in his response time to his client's needs and his communications skills are exceptional. He continues to lead, train, and motivate other Realtors on the finer arts of servicing their clients.
