When her children were young she built a successful Home Decor Direct Sales Business on Long Island balancing home and career.  She also found time to be involved and connected with the community.  She was a Ballet teacher at the Ballet Center, a non for profit organization based in Ronkonkoma and performed with their Company, Ballet Long Island.  While she no longer teaches or performs you can still find her attending classes at the studio and volunteering.
