A different approach

Our Signature Story

“Whatever we do, we do with kindness. That’s why we’re the happiest real estate agency on Long Island.”

The interests of our clients always come first.

a signature vision

The Signature Story began in a little home in Huntington Village in 2007. What started as a business idea between two best friends, Peter and Kathy, turned into a leading real estate business on Long Island.

Since then, our family of real estate agents has seen enormous success. We have 20+ offices on Long Island alone. We are thankful that we found people who genuinely care about our cause— supporting our community. Yes, we’re in the real estate business, but giving back is what we love to do the most.

A Family Of Committed Agents

Our agents are the foundation of our company. Our Signature team is a family of like-minded professionals — always growing, while supporting each other and our clients’ success. Each Signature Premier Properties agent has demonstrated affection for and knowledge of their community, and a clear talent and enthusiasm for buying and selling real estate. For them, helping others find that special place to call home is a deeply personal calling.

By working in a non-competitive environment free of the red tape that defines large franchises, our team is able to offer individually personalized service. They are equally comfortable working with ever-evolving social media platforms and traditional marketing strategies. Their goal is always the same, to help you meet your needs and objectives.

Signature Cares

Signature Cares is what is closest to our hearts. We know that we are very fortunate for our success and want to use it to give back and do some good in the world. The work we are doing brings our community and agents together and gives everyone a feeling of pride and accomplishment.
