My name is Melissa Knatz. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent. I have always been interested in selling homes and making a long life decision/dream come true for others as I remember how ecstatic I felt the first time I bought my home and how thrilled my family was.

I have been in the Real Estate Appraisal business for 15 years and have much knowledge in the field as a manager of 25+ appraisers and running all aspects of the business.
