Anthony Minichini is a Long Island native with a hands-on background in construction, property ownership, and real estate. As a New York City Detective, Anthony has a deep connection to the communities he serves and a genuine understanding of what makes a property more than just a transaction—it’s a place to call home or an opportunity to build for the future.

Before entering law enforcement, Anthony worked in construction, developing practical knowledge of renovations, property improvements, and the craftsmanship that goes into maintaining and enhancing a home. As a landlord and real estate professional, he also brings firsthand experience from an owner and investor’s perspective. This combination of experience allows Anthony to offer clients practical insight and personalized guidance throughout the buying, selling, and investment process.

Anthony earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from St. John’s University and went on to join the NYPD where he was promoted to Detective through his professionalism, tenacity and attention to detail. Outside of real estate, Anthony is a Husband, Father and member of the Knights of Columbus where he remains committed to serving his community here on Long Island.
